This policy sets out how we, as data controller, collect and use your personal data, why we use it, with whom we share it, the rights to which you may be entitled and your choices about our use of your personal data.
  This policy covers our use of your personal data arising from use of 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner application (“360Smart”) and our official website (www.360smartai.com or smart.360.cn/cleanrobot/en/)

  2、Your information

• We will collect and use your personal data to allow your access to and use of 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, the APP and Website and in accordance with the purposes set out in more detail in this section.

We use this information to Associate 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner with the APP.
  3	Information automatically collected when you are using 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner: The areas you clean; Features 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner you used and cleaning modes you choose; Any faults of 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner.	We use this information, including to: Provide room cleaning service; Identify issues with 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and user's experience of it; Improve our service.
  4	Information about the way you use our APP including: IP address of your mobile device; Device information such as Android ID, device type, operating system and its language, unique device identifiers, the mobile network system and its language, network/internet status; When and how you use our APP; The features of 360Smart APP you used. The cleaning history and cleaning maps of your account.	We use this information, including to: Provide room cleaning service; Identify issues with 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and user's experience of it; Improve our service; Improve our products.
  5	Information automatically collected through your use of our Website including: Date and time of requests; The requests you make; The pages you visit; IP address	We use this information, including to: Provide our services; Identify issues with the Website and user's experience of it; Monitor the way our website is browsed.
  6	Information when you communicate with us whether in person, through our website or via email, over the phone, through social media or via any other medium, including: Your contact details (this may include your social media account if that's the way you communicate with us); The details of your communications with us; The details of our messages to you.	We use this information, including to: Answer your questions; Show related data to users; Monitor customer communications for service improvement and training purposes; Improve our services; Personalise our services; Improve our products.

   

  Why we collect and how long we keep your information
  We collect and use your information for a variety of reasons.  We need your information to enter into and perform our contract and realize the functions of 360 Robot Cleaner.
  Some information processing is required by law due to our anti-fraud screening obligations or in the public interest such as making sure we verify our users’ identities.
  Other information we collect because we have legitimate business interests, for example, in:

• Understanding how our users use 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, the APP and website;
• Delivering our services and communications to you as well as our other users and partners
• Understanding and responding to customer feedback;
• Researching and analysing the services our users want;
• Developing new services and improving our services;
• Understanding the type of products and services our users buy or use and how they use them;
• Providing security over our business and who we trade with.
• How long we keep your information
  We will keep your information for as long as it is reasonably necessary (except cloud video recording as stated above). It will depend on factors such as whether you have an account with us or have interacted with us. We will also routinely refresh our information to ensure we keep it up-to-date. We will keep information about your account permanently. We will store information produced by 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner such as cleaning maps and cleaning history for two weeks.
   
  Uses for compliance with legal requirements
  Your personal data may also be processed if it is necessary on reasonable request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defence of a legal claim. We will not delete personal data if relevant to an investigation or a dispute. It will continue to be stored until those issues are fully resolved.

   

  3、Information we share

  There are certain circumstances where we may transfer your personal data to employees, contractors and to other parties. We will never share your data with any unauthorized third parties.
   
  We may also share your information with certain contractors or service providers, for example, our database service providers. Our suppliers and service providers will be required to meet our standards on processing information and security. The information we provide them, including your information, will only be provided in connection with the performance of their function.
  Your personal data may be transferred to other third-party organisations in certain scenarios:

• If we're discussing selling or transferring part or all of our business – the information may be transferred to prospective purchasers under suitable terms as to confidentiality;
• If we are reorganised or sold, information may be transferred to a buyer who can continue to provide services to you;
• If we're required to by law, or under any regulatory code or practice we follow, or if we are asked by any public or regulatory authority – for example the Police;
• If we are defending a legal claim your information may be transferred as required in connection with defending such claim.
• 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner allows you to share the access to your robot by permitting other people to connect to your robot. These permitted users are able to access the robot and record videos from the robot until you withdraw your permission. We encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to permitting others to access your robots because we do not control their actions and cannot stop them from sharing videos obtained from your robot with someone else.

   

   

   

  4、Where your information will be stored

• Some information we collect may be transferred to other countries, such as to our own servers or servers of our database providers. Data of EU users will be collected and stored in server for EU, based in Frankfurt in Germany. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws to those applicable in the European Union. We do, however, ensure an adequate data protection level by agreements with our data base provider and other arrangements. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

• You may have certain rights in relation to your information including a right to access or to correct the information we hold on you. We've listed the rights you have over your information and how you can use them below. These rights will only apply in certain circumstances. They will generally not be available if there are outstanding contracts between us, if we required are by law to keep the information or if the information is relevant to a legal dispute.
• You can ask us to confirm if we are processing your information.
• You access to and correct your account information by clicking profile photo.
• You can disable Cloud Recording Feature through My Cloud Record in the APP.
• You can withdraw your consent and delete the cleaning maps and related cleaning size.
• You can ask us to restrict how we use your information.
• You can ask us to stop using your personal data, but only in certain cases.
• You have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

  6、Cookies

• We use cookies that identify your browser or device. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer or mobile device. We use cookies to record information about your activities on our Website to “remember” you when you return to the Website. You may set your browser setting to attempt to reject cookies and you may still use our Website.
  Security
  We are committed to keeping your personal data safe. We take reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security and risk management measures in accordance with applicable laws to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected against accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, loss or alteration, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure or misuse, and all other unlawful forms of processing of your personal data in our possession.
• We are the first large-scale internet company which appoints the Chief Privacy Officer (“CPO”) in China. CPO is responsible for various affairs related to the users’ personal data that our software and hardware products and services may involve, including formulating privacy policies for various products and services, reviewing the terms of use for the products and services, and supervising implementation of the working principles and data processing mechanism of the products and services. In addition, we have established a department in charge of personal data protection and act under supervision of the public.
• We transfer and store personal data using encryption to ensure the privacy of such data. 360 Robot Vacuum Cleaner uses HTTPs between our APP and server with 2-way authentication interaction to protect your data. All the video stream uses private encryption protocol for anti-hacking and anti-peeping to ensure the security of data transmission. 
• If you have a 360 account, we may analyse the login time, IP address, login times and other relevant information for our risk control and management. If our application adopts WebView technology, we conduct URL verification on all file agreements used in the WebView and restrict the access to the personal data and SD Card data to avoid the malicious misuse of any private documents and sensitive data of our products without special permission.
• We implement access control mechanism in our service end. We require our employees who may have access to your personal data to obey the principle of data minimization and examine the access list and access records on a regular basis.
• Our server systems used to store your personal data are equipped with strengthened safeguards. We conduct account audit and monitoring on the operation of our servers. Where any security problem of the server systems is reported, we will immediately complete security upgrades for the server systems to ensure the security of our server systems and applications.
• We conduct regular training on the relevant laws and regulations related to personal data protection to strengthen our employees’ awareness of privacy protection.
• If any destruction of our physical, technical or management safeguard measures occurs, we will launch our emergency plan in a timely manner to prevent the spreading effect of the security incident and will report the same to the competent authority in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. We will also notify you, in a timely manner, of the security incident, potential impacts and the measures we have taken or will take to deal with the incident, in a reasonable and effective way such as pushing notifications and publishing announcements.

• 一、360智能是指360扫地机器人与360扫地机器人配套使用的智能软件相关的、均由360智能开发的产品。本产品中相关的知识产权（包括本产品的一切版权、专利权、商标权等）均属于360智能。
  为了配合360智能硬件设备360扫地机器人，同时发布360智能客户端软件（以下简称“本软件”）。本软件只服务于360扫地机器人，不得用于任何其他用途。
  二、您需要明确并同意，如您违反有关法律、法规或《360智能软件产品许可使用协议》（以下简称“《协议》”）项下的任何条款，360有权视用户的行为性质，在不事先通知用户的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除用户帐号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且用户同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  三、您理解并同意，360扫地机器人及本软件是以保护家庭清洁为目的的工具，您在使用该工具时应严格遵守国家有关法律、法规、部门规章、政策性文件及公序良俗等，维护国家利益，保护国家安全，不得侵犯他人的肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商业秘密或其他任何合法权益等。如您违反前述约定给国家或他人造成损害的，应自行承担全部责任（包括但不限于民事责任、刑事责任、行政责任等）。
  四、在适用法律允许的最大范围内，360对本服务不作任何类型的担保，不论是明示的、默示的或法令的保证和条件，包括但不限于360智能官方网站的适用性、 稳定性、无病毒、无疏忽或无技术瑕疵问题、所有权和无侵权的明示或默示担保和条件。并且，360并不保证本服务一定能满足用户的要求，也不担保提供的服务不会被中断，并且对服务的及时性、 安全性、出错发生，以及信息是否能准确、及时、顺利的传送均不作任何担保。由于市场及产品自身需要，厂商可以通过固件升级或软件调整的方式对产品的功能状态进行调整。
  五、在适用法律允许的最大范围内，360智能不因用户使用本服务引起的，或在任何方面与使用该服务有关的任何意外的、非直接的、特殊的、或间接的损害或请求（包括但不限于因人身伤害、因隐私泄漏、 因您未能履行包括诚信或合理谨慎在内的任何责任、因过失和因任何其他金钱上的损失或其他损失而造成的损害赔偿）承担任何责任。
  六、 您理解并同意，使用本服务涉及到互联网服务，可能会受到各个环节不稳定因素的影响，存在因不可抗力、计算机病毒、黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机、非法内容信息、 骚扰信息屏蔽以及其他任何网络、技术、通信线路、电脑故障、信息安全管理措施等原因造成的服务中断、受阻等不能满足用户需求的风险，并同意自行承担以上风险。对于用户因此不能接收视频数据， 或接收错误数据，或遭受的一切损失，360无须承担任何责任。
  七、您理解并同意，为了服务的正常运行，360需要定期或不定期地对网站和其他设备进行停机维护，由此可能造成正常服务中断、停止。 360承诺在商业上允许的合理范围内尽力避免服务中断、停止或将中断、停止时间限制在最短时间内。
  八、 在中国大陆地区销售的360智能均为中国大陆版本，仅限于在中国大陆地区使用。
  九、用户在使用分享功能时，请保证您是自愿公开清扫记录，使用360智能无任何您或他人的个人隐私，并确保分享内容内容健康，不触犯法律。
  如发现您使用360智能硬件所分享的内容违反国家有关法律法规，或被网友投诉举报，您将承担全部的法律责任，且360有权在不事先通知您的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除账号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且您同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  十、互联网是一个开放平台，您所分享的清扫记录 上传到互联网上，有可能会被其他组织或个人复制、转发、擅改或做其它非法用途，可能会损害到您或他人的合法权益，您必须充分意识此类风险的存在。您明确同意，自行承担因分享照片所存在的一切风险及后果。
  十一、360会就有可能向第三方转发的信息在用户上传内容前进行明示。
  十二、 除前款所述情形外，用户同意360享有通过提前30天（如相关法律有特别规定的且法律规定的提前通知时间超过上述期限的，以法律规定为准）以网站公告通知的方式中断或终止部分或全部服务的权利， 用户已明确知晓上述权利的授予且知晓因上述权利的行使可能给自身及其他第三方造成的直接或间接利益减损，用户在此明确表示不追究360因行使上述单方中断或终止服务权利而可能导致的一切责任。
  十三、因本产品引起的或与本产品有关的任何争议，各方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可将有关争议提交至被告住所地人民法院管辖。。
  十四、本声明作为《协议》相关条款的补充，与《协议》具有同等法律效力。

  请务必认真阅读和理解本《360智能软件用户使用协议》（以下简称《协议》）中规定的所有权利和限制（未成年人应在法定监护人陪同下阅读）。除非您接受本《协议》条款，否则您无权下载、安装或使用本"软件"及其相关服务。您一旦安装、复制、下载、访问或以其它方式使用本软件产品，将视为对本《协议》的接受，即表示您同意接受本《协议》各项条款的约束。如果您不同意本《协议》中的条款，请不要安装、复制或使用本软件。
  本《协议》是用户（或称“您”指注册，登录，使用，浏览本服务的个人或组织）与360（360公司及其关联公司）之间关于用户下载、安装、使用、复制随附本《协议》的360智能软件（包括但不限于360智能产品，程序及服务。以下简称“软件”或“360智能”）的法律协议。
  1、权利声明
  本”软件”的一切知识产权，以及与"软件"相关的所有信息内容，包括但不限于：文字表述及其组合、图标、图饰、图像、图表、色彩、界面设计、版面框架、有关数据、附加程序、印刷材料或电子文档等均为360所有，受著作权法和国际著作权条约以及其他知识产权法律法规的保护。
  2、许可范围
  2.1 下载、安装和使用：本软件为免费软件，用户可以非商业性、无限制数量地下载、安装及使用本软件。
  2.2 复制、分发和传播：用户可以非商业性、无限制数量地复制、分发和传播本软件产品。但必须保证每一份复制、分发和传播都是完整和真实的, 包括所有有关本软件产品的软件、电子文档, 版权和商标，亦包括本协议。如用户超越本许可范围，对本软件各项服务进行销售或用于其他商业用途，360有权不通知用户立即终止向用户提供产品和服务，并依法追究其法律责任，要求其赔偿360的一切损失。
  3、权利限制
  3.1 禁止反向工程、反向编译和反向汇编：用户不得对本软件产品进行反向工程（Reverse Engineer）、反向编译（Decompile）或反向汇编（Disassemble），同时不得改动编译在程序文件内部的任何资源。除法律、法规明文规定允许上述活动外，用户必须遵守此协议限制。
  3.2 组件分割:本软件产品是作为一个单一产品而被授予许可使用, 用户不得将各个部分分开用于任何目的。
  3.3 个别授权: 如需进行商业性的销售、复制、分发，包括但不限于软件销售、预装、捆绑等，必须获得360的书面授权和许可。
  3.4 保留权利：本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利仍归360所有， 用户使用其他权利时必须获得360的书面同意。
  4、用户使用须知
  4.1由于国家实名制的相关规定，您必须注册相应账户并且于账户页面上提供相关的个人信息。您在此提供的个人信息仅是用于注册360账号使用，360账号是用户在360主办的360安全中心网站上注册并使用360安全中心网站提供的网络服务的账号。用户注册360账号需同意并遵守360用户协议。您可以按照软件说明随时终止使用您的账户，本软件将会依据本协议规定保留或终止您的账户。您必须承诺和保证。
  您了解并同意，本软件是一个应用服务产品，用户须对注册信息的真实性，合法性，有效性承担全部责任。用户不得冒充他人，不得利用他人的名义发布任何信息，不得恶意使用注册账户导致其他用户误认，否则我们有权立即停止提供服务，您将承担由此而产生的一切法律责任。
  5.  360智能
  360智能是为360扫地机器人（以下简称扫地机）提供软件支持服务的，是与360扫地机器人配套使用的APP服务。
   
  5.1 360扫地机器人的功能
  5.1.1 普通清扫
  用户通过触发扫地机的按键1或者对应的360智能App点击清扫功能，可以实现360扫地机器人对家庭的清扫功能，机器人会智能规划路径并根据规划好的路径进行清扫，此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
  5.1.2 指定区域清扫
  用户将设备跟360智能App绑定后，可以通过App设置需要重点清扫的区域，或者是设置扫地机禁止清扫的区域，方便用户根据自己家庭的实际情况控制需要清扫的区域。划定区域后，扫地机会自动到指定的区域清扫，不需要人工搬运扫地机到某个位置。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.3 局部清扫
  长按扫地机的回充键3秒钟可以实现对所在位置的2m*2m深度清扫，方便快捷。（2m*2m的数据来源于实验室物理测试环境，您理解并知晓在实际使用过程中可能会存在误差。）
  5.1.4 拖地功能
  扫地机为扫吸拖一体机，对清扫区域实行扫、吸、拖全方位清理，让您家的地板更加干净。如您家有地毯，建议您使用时取下水箱，防止弄湿地毯。
  5.1.5 智能回充
  扫地机具有保存轨迹的功能，无论它是否从充电桩出发的，都可以在完成任务后回到充电桩充电；当电量低于20%时，为了保护电池，也会自动结束任务并返回充电，待充电完成后自动返回进行断点续扫，当然，如果在勿扰模式设置的时间区域内，不会自动断点续扫。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.6 远程遥控
  扫地机跟360智能App绑定后，用户可以远程控制它进行清扫或者回充，只要设备没有离线，就可以任您指挥。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.7 设置定时清扫
  用户可以根据自己家庭的情况，在家里无人的时间内设置一个定时，这样扫地机到设定的时间会自动进行清扫，您回家即可享受干净舒适的环境。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
  5.1.8 勿扰模式
  由于扫地机在工作时会有噪音，基于此原因，扫地机为您提供勿扰模式，您可以根据自己的时间设置一个勿扰时间段，例：晚上10点到早上8点，设置完成后我们的扫地机在这个时间内如果被不小心触发了清扫指令，也不会发出语音播报。之前如果有未完成的清扫任务也不会充满电后自动断点续扫，等过了勿扰模式的时间后再去执行断点续扫，最大程度的减少对的影响。
  5.1.9 查看清扫记录
  扫地机的每次清扫记录（如清扫时间，清扫区域，清扫轨迹等）会被记录下来，您可以在您注册并登陆的360智能APP中查看您一个月内的清扫记录，您理解并知晓此功能仅支持您查看您账号下的清扫记录，您无权查看他人的。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.10 耗材&维护
  您可以通过360智能手机App查看扫地机的过滤网、主刷、边刷等耗材的使用时间和寿命，对寿终正寝的耗材进行及时更换，保证它的正常、高效运作。
  5.1.11 系统更新
  当有新的技能或者优化时，我们会通过更新系统的方式改善扫地机，您理解并知晓更新系统可以不断为您提供更好的服务体验。此功能不会收集和上传您的任何个人信息。
   
  5.1.12 分享
  扫地机提供分享功能，您可以把您每天的清扫记录分享到其他第三方平台上，增加互动的趣味性。分享到第三方平台属于用户自愿行为，360智能仅提供此项分享功能。
  扫地机也支持一家人共享使用一台扫地机，您通过注册360账号登陆360智能app即可实现
  5.1.13  异常播报
  当扫地机出现异常时，例如被缠绕或者被卡住等异常时，会自动播放语音提示并且推送消息给App，让您可以第一时间知道。
  以上功能的实现需要您完全按照扫地机器人的使用说明来操作。
   
  
  5.2 本软件适用于Android和IOS智能手机，支持安卓4.4及以上系统版本和IOS8.0及以上系统版本，如果用户在安装本软件后因任何原因欲放弃使用，可使用各操作系统提供的删除方式删除本软件。
  5.3 您理解并接受，360智能会与第三方合作，提供的服务中可能包含分享，广告等，您理解并同意在服务中包含360和第三方供应商以及合作伙伴的广告。
  5.4本软件由360公司提供产品支持。
  5.5 软件的修改和升级：360保留随时为用户提供本软件的修改、升级版本的权利。由用户选择确定后，软件会进行升级更新，产生相应的数据流量费，由运营商收取。
  5.6 本软件不含有任何旨在破坏用户数据和获取用户隐私信息的恶意代码，不含有任何监控、监视用户计算机的功能代码，不会收集用户个人文件、文档等信息，不会泄漏用户隐私。
  5.7 用户应在遵守法律及本协议的前提下使用本软件。用户无权实施包括但不限于下列行为：
  5.7.1 删除或者改变本软件上的所有权利管理电子信息；
  5.7.2 故意避开或者破坏著作权人为保护本软件著作权而采取的技术措施；
  5.7.3 利用本软件误导、欺骗他人 ;
  5.7.4 违反国家规定，对计算机信息系统功能进行删除、修改、增加、干扰，造成计算机信息系统不能正常运行；
  5.7.5 未经允许，进入计算机信息网络或者使用计算机信息网络资源；
  5.7.6 未经允许，对计算机信息网络功能进行删除、修改或者增加的；
  5.7.7 未经允许，对计算机信息网络中存储、处理或者传输的数据和应用程序进行删除、修改或者增加；
  5.7.8 破坏本软件系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播计算机病毒等破坏性程序；
  5.7.9 其他任何危害计算机信息网络安全的行为；
  5.8 360将根据市场与技术的发展，向用户提供与本服务相关的各种互联网以及通信增值服务，包括免费和收费的增值服务，并会在相关页面进行提示。360保留对相关增值服务收取费用及改变收费标准、方式的权利；如相关服务由免费变更为收费服务，360将以适当的形式通知， 用户可自主选择接受或拒绝收费服务，并保证在使用收费服务时，将按照360相关收费规定支付费用，如拒付或拖欠费用，360有权停止服务，并依法追偿损失及赔偿。
  6、 隐私权保护
  6.1 360 承诺遵守《 360 用户隐私保护白皮书》以及适用法律的规定。
  6.2 360制定了严格的用户上传信息处理规则和安全保护措施来确保不超越目的和范围收集用户信息，确保用户上传信息的安全，确保用户上传信息不被滥用。出于分享清扫记录等目的，用户可以将自己的清扫记录向第三方平台进行转发。用户继续使用本软件即表示其同意向第三方平台转发，同时360亦会就有可能向第三方转发的信息在用户上传内容前进行明示。
  6.3 360 制定了以下四项隐私权保护原则，指导我们如何来处理产品中涉及到用户隐私权和用户信息等方面的问题：
  6.3.1 利用我们收集的信息为用户提供有价值的产品和服务。
  6.3.2 开发符合隐私权标准和隐私权惯例的产品。
  6.3.3 将个人信息的收集透明化，并由权威第三方监督。
  6.3.4 尽最大的努力保护我们掌握的信息。

  7.1 用户确认，其知悉本软件所有功能及360为实现本软件各功能所进行的必要操作，其根据自身需求自愿选择使用本软件及相关服务，因使用本软件及相关服务所存在的风险和一切后果将完全由其自己承担，360不承担任何责任。
  7.2 本软件经过详细的测试，但不能保证与所有的软硬件系统完全兼容，不能保证本软件完全没有错误。如果出现不兼容及软件错误的情况，用户可拨打技术支持电话将情况报告360公司 ，获得技术支持。如果无法解决兼容性问题，用户可以删除本软件。
  7.3 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用或不能使用本软件所产生的损害及风险，包括但不限于直接或间接的个人损害、商业赢利的丧失、贸易中断、商业信息的丢失或任何其它经济损失，360不承担任何责任。
  7.4 对于因电信系统或互联网网络故障、计算机故障或病毒、信息损坏或丢失、计算机系统问题或其它任何不可抗力原因而产生损失，360不承担任何责任。
  7.5 在使用分享功能时，您需明确并同意是自愿公开清扫记录，。互联网是一个开放平台，您所分享的清扫记录上传到互联网上，有可能会被其他组织或个人复制、转发、擅改或做其它非法用途，可能会损害到您或他人的合法权益，您必须充分意识此类风险的存在。您明确同意，自行承担因分享所存在的一切风险及后果，360无需承担任何责任。如发现扫地机所分享的内容违反国家有关法律法规，或被网友投诉举报，您将承担全部的法律责任，且360有权在不事先通知您的情况下，采取包括但不限于中断服务、限制使用、冻结或删除账号、终止服务、追究法律责任等措施，并且您同意承担由此给360或任何第三人造成的损害的赔偿责任。
  7.6 用户在使用软件服务的过程中应文明发言，并依法尊重其它用户的人格权与身份权等人身权利，共同建立和谐、文明、礼貌的网络社交环境。
  7.7 用户在使用软件服务过程中，还必须遵循以下原则：
  7.7.1 不得违反中华人民共和国法律法规及相关国际条约或规则；
  7.7.2 不得违反与网络服务、360服务有关的网络协议、规定、程序及行业规则；
  7.7.3 不得违反法律法规、社会主义制度、国家利益、公民合法权益、公共秩序、社会道德风尚和信息真实性等“七条底线”要求；
  7.7.4 不得进行任何可能对互联网或移动网正常运转造成不利影响的行为；
  7.7.5 不得上传、展示或传播任何不实虚假、冒充性的、骚扰性的、中伤性的、攻击性的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、种族歧视性的、诽谤诋毁、泄露隐私、成人情色、恶意抄袭的或其他任何非法的信息资料；
  7.7.6 不得以任何方式侵犯其他任何人依法享有的专利权、著作权、商标权等知识产权，或姓名权、名称权、名誉权、荣誉权、肖像权、隐私权等人身权益，或其他任何合法权益；
  7.7.7 不得以任何形式侵犯360公司的权利和/或利益或作出任何不利于360公司的行为；
  7.7.8 不得从事其他任何影响软件平台正常运营、破坏软件平台经营模式或其他有害软件平台生态的行为。
  7.8 360公司有权对用户使用软件服务的行为及信息进行审查、监督及处理，包括但不限于用户信息（账号信息、个人信息等）、发布内容（位置、文字、图片、音频、视频、商标、专利、出版物等）、用户行为（构建关系、评论、参与话题、参与活动、营销信息发布、举报投诉等）等范畴。如发现、或收到第三方举报或投诉用户在使用软件服务时违反本协议第四条使用规则相关规定，360公司或其授权的主体有权依据其合理判断要求用户：
  7.8.1 限期改正;
  7.8.2 不经通知直接采取一切必要措施以减轻或消除用户不当行为造成的影响，并将尽可能在处理之后对用户进行通知。上述必要措施包括但不限于更改、屏蔽或删除相关内容，警告违规账号，限制或禁止违规账号部分或全部功能，暂停、终止、注销用户使用软件服务的权利等。
  7.8.3如用户在使用360服务的过程中有任何问题，可以通过App联系我们解决，也可以电话联系我们：400-6822360。
  7.9 请在确保自己和他人安全和遵守相关法律法规前提下，使用本软件。
  7.10针对某些特定的360服务的使用规则及说明，360将通过各种方式（包括但不限于网页公告、系统通知、私信、短信提醒等）作出的任何声明、通知、警示等内容视为本协议的一部分，用户如使用该等360服务，则视为用户同意该声明、通知、警示的内容。
  7.11 用户违反本协议规定，对360造成损害的。360有权采取包括但不限于中断使用许可、停止提供服务、限制使用、法律追究等措施。
  8、法律及争议解决
  8.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
  8.2 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，各方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可将有关争议提交至被告住所地管辖法院进行诉讼解决。
  9、其他条款
  9.1 如果本协议中的任何条款无论因何种原因完全或部分无效或不具有执行力，或违反任何适用的法律，则该条款被视为删除，但本协议的其余条款仍应有效并且有约束力。
  9.2 360有权随时根据有关法律、法规的变化以及公司经营状况和经营策略的调整等修改本协议。修改后的协议会随附于新版本软件发布。当发生有关争议时，以最新的协议文本为准。如果不同意改动的内容，用户可以自行删除本软件。如果用户继续使用本软件，则视为您接受本协议的变动。
  9.3 360在法律允许的最大范围内对本协议拥有解释权与修改权。
